Pros
Ella Olsson at customer service is absolutely outstanding. No matter how much I ask, if I repeat myself, makes suggestions for improvement. She always answers with a godlike tone, thanks me for my patience (!), takes my comments to the developers, answers quickly. If she doesn't have an answer right away, she promises to get back to me as soon as she does, and DOES. Tip for other customer service managers: hire Ella for coaching on how to achieve extraordinary customer service. Incredibly service minded, actually never encountered anything like it. Impressed!

There is nothing good about Cosmic unfortunately. All other systems I tried are better.

Some small adjustments in the system, but as long as Ella is with you as support, I stay. I think it will be great, the system has potential and is nicely designed.
The lack of clarity. The non-intuitive appearance and menus. The number of clicks has doubled since the system change. The fact that it has slowed down my productivity by 20% in terms of terminal work for a year. The SUSSA regions have been in disagreement with Cambio for months about who should pay for updates. These have not been done.
That there are so many keywords e.g. when you write reason for contact, there are 604 keywords. Completely unreasonable. It is an unmanageable journal. Take after Obstetrix and do it better.
