Business Central is easy to use and easy to learn. BC helps us work efficiently. BC is easy to customise to our specific needs.

Cons
Developing reports, such as invoices, credit notes etc. can be a little cumbersome.
App version could be more user-friendly
Sometimes two reports are needed to obtain the information we want. For example, Invoiced amount per label.
