Pros

Stability, overview, templates, access and sharing. Happy customer for more than 8 years.
What I definitely like the most is the "sandbox" feeling you get from the system - you can basically build whatever you want within the system's framework. I also like the fact that there are different modules so you can customise according to your needs. The good thing about CaneaONE is that you can make it very easy to use for the end users.
Clear structure and navigation to save time at work. Smooth management of documents and processes.

Setting up keywords, whatever the system, is always boring.
The search function works well, but occasionally it takes a little longer.
