I would probably have to spend more time familiarising myself with all the functions of the system, but that is more my fault than the system's.
Nothing special really.
Always get information about new releases, it's probably mostly me who is a little worse at following up on these.
The back office is not entirely user-friendly.
Support has been poor with long waiting times
