Blikk is very easy to understand and use. It is probably the programme that has needed the least training and support to get started and use.
The simplicity of the system.
I appreciate Exicom's commitment and suggestions for solutions on how to develop/adapt "Our Copernicus". In order for it to be a tool that our customers and employees experience as positive, is a good working tool and fulfils the management's need for follow-up.

I wish it was easier to adjust and customise the payroll file from Blikk to Visma Lön; to more easily create links between article to payroll type.
The differences in the levels of licences.

Sometimes, the response times in Copernicus Web can be perceived as slow by our staff.
