Pros

A flexible portal solution that has made it easier for us to visualise our total compensation. We have experienced that our employees have gained a better understanding of what we offer as an employer, which was one of our goals in introducing the Benefits portal.
Söderberg partners has been a very good supplier that has supported us from implementation to our daily operations. Our benefits portal has been appreciated by our employees, which has been reflected in our employee surveys.
Nothing at all at the moment.

Cons

It would need to be even more visible in the total compensation and the offer in smaller towns is a bit thin.
One of the more expensive HR solutions we have but still a good investment
Advises all employers considering Epassi as a wellness solution to think again. The platform charges hidden penalties in the form of temporary promotions and the like not being able to be used and the comparatively most expensive price must always be paid via the platform. My wellness has become about 20-25% more expensive since switching to Epassi if I calculate what last year's purchases would have cost this year. In addition, the platform also charges a fee from the healthcare providers and thus offers an expensive and unnecessary intermediary service, where they shrewdly take a percentage of all transactions and thus also impoverish the healthcare providers. In the process, they also create lock-in effects for the healthcare providers who cannot stand outside a service with large customers such as county councils/regions/municipalities. The service is a typical example of what Cory Doctorow calls "enshittification" (feel free to google the term).
Epassi cheats and exploits companies partly 10% service fee which is already too high and then they take 10% on additional payments that business owners have to wait 30-60 days for. This money they have nothing to claim! Scam Epassi
