Pros
We have used Askås for many years and can highly recommend them - especially for companies that have high demands and want to be able to customise their shop based on their own ideas.
The team is always easy to work with and shows great commitment when we have requested special functions. They are also relatively quick to fix bugs in a system that is continuously improved with new features.
Ease of use, access to functionality and personalised contact.
The system is easy to use and flexible. We have a lot of products but we are a small team and we can easily manage many products. We can both make incoming deliveries, outgoing deliveries and manage the products in the same system, do not need a separate warehouse system or web system to manage the website, even returns can be made in the system and money goes back to the customer without having to log in to other systems. It is good that it is fast and efficient when we are a small organisation.
Although the system is powerful with all its modules, it is surprisingly easy to use. We have several departments that can co-exist and work closely together. The PIM, the campaign manager and the fact that you can easily navigate multiple markets in one set-up is worth its weight in gold.

Cons
The administration interface can sometimes be perceived as cluttered, with more advanced settings. Some older functions that are no longer in use are still present and may interfere with the overview. However, this does not affect daily work to any great extent.
Nothing in particular but may wish for more attention and ownership around certain types of bugs that may arise around links to e.g. Svea
It would be nice if the system sent newsletters but for that you need to use an external service, it is connected and automatic but you need to log in to it.
It took a while to realise how much you could modify your products. But after a while we got into it.
