Pros

What I like most is that Vainu makes prospecting systematic and easy. The user-friendly interface and high quality data save time and improve the results of the work.
The tool is easy to use, intuitive, visually attractive and it is difficult to get a complete summary of a company more quickly elsewhere. The fact that there are now also contact details for key people at companies is of course a big bonus. We use Vainu to segment target groups and work dynamically with target group lists, especially in our new customer processing.
"We're very pleased with the personalised follow-up we've received since the start. Responses come quickly and we have a permanent contact we can rely on. The training and onboarding phase was very thorough and well planned. We've also received business reviews along the way, where we can see how we're doing in relation to other companies and get recommendations on what we need to improve. When it comes to the tool itself, it works very well in relation to our needs. If we have needs that the platform does not cover, Apsis is also very positive about further developing it to meet our wishes.
Apsis is easy to use. We are a non-profit organisation and require a tool that is easy to get to grips with and start using, regardless of previous experience, so that new board members etc. can get started quickly. It works very well with Apsis.

Sometimes the coverage of data varies across industries. However, this has not prevented the benefits from being realised.
Can't think of anything.
Nothing special, other than an opportunity to hide segments that are no longer in use. This has been communicated, and we have been promised that it will be resolved.
I am satisfied with the functions we use; I wish we had more resources to utilise more functions, especially around the event part.
